About
I work with business owners and leadership teams to design the ongoing strategic conversations required to keep strategy alive—turning intent into commitment and focus into coherent action.
Earlier in my career, I helped leadership teams do what they were supposed to do: step back, analyze, plan, and set direction. The plans were thoughtful. The intentions were genuine. Yet over time, execution drifted, priorities multiplied, and momentum stalled—not because leaders lacked capability, but because strategy had no mechanism to stay active once planning ended.
That realization reshaped my work. I now see strategy not as a document to be executed, but as a discipline leaders must continuously practice together—through structured, intentional conversation that shapes decisions, reinforces focus, and enables learning over time.
This perspective is embodied in the Campana Continuous Strategic Planning Model, built on four interdependent disciplines: Analysis, Aspirations, Focus Areas, and Execution & Accountability. The model replaces episodic planning with a disciplined rhythm that keeps strategy grounded in reality and embedded in day-to-day leadership decisions.
As a Certified xchange Approach Guide, I design and facilitate conversations that establish shared reality, lead to clear commitments, and sustain accountability over time. I bring more than forty years of experience in financial leadership, business advisory, and valuation work—grounding facilitation in rigor, commitment, and long-term value creation.
