Celeste Elsey, M.A. in Special Education, is a conscious leader and xchange Certified Guide with over 17 years of experience facilitating professional development in educational and community settings. A former special education teacher, alternative education teacher and instructional coach, Celeste is now an author, speaker, and trainer dedicated to empowering educators, families, and social workers with practical strategies that build strong relationships, improve well-being, and reduce challenging behaviors.

As Director of School Culture & Climate at Consortium Training & Consulting, she leads initiatives in developing effective teams, educator well-being, and positive behavior supports. Celeste is especially passionate about fostering psychological safety in schools, creating environments where students, staff, and families feel secure, valued, and supported.
