About
I work with enterprising families and their advisers as they navigate the practical and human side of shared wealth—how decisions are made, how roles evolve, and how things actually work day to day.
My background spans law, wealth advisory, and family office leadership, including roles at Allen & Overy, Barclays Wealth, Salamanca Group, and KPMG. This means I understand both the structures around wealth and the realities of living with it. Today, I help connect the two, so plans don’t just look right on paper, but work in practice.
I work as a strategic partner both with family office teams—on strategy and structure— and directly with families as they navigate succession, roles, and decision-making.
Through my work with groups, I create the conditions for open, thoughtful conversations—often around topics that are hard to get into through traditional advice. This might include succession, ownership and identity, decision-making, or how a family wants to use its wealth.
I’m often brought in at moments of transition—before or after a liquidity event, as the next generation becomes more involved, or when existing structures no longer quite fit.
My style is calm, structured, and inclusive. I draw on systems thinking, appreciative inquiry, and the xchange approach to help people think well together and move forward with confidence.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when people feel able to engage meaningfully with their wealth, better decisions follow—for the family, for the businesses they are part of, and for the wider world.
