After 25 years of business ownership and a lifetime of horsemanship, I’ve brought my two greatest passions together to create transformational leadership and personal development experiences rooted in heart-centered connection, conscious leadership, and experiential learning.

Following the successful sale of my company in the pet food manufacturing industry, I felt called to use my business experience, entrepreneurial journey, and deep connection with horses to help individuals, teams, and organizations navigate meaningful change. Today, through Whole Heart Ranch, I facilitate programs that help people strengthen communication, increase emotional intelligence, build resilience, and unlock their highest potential.

As a Certified Guide and Conscious Leadership Guide, I combine practical business insight with experiential learning, neuroscience, and the wisdom of horses to help people move beyond reactive patterns and lead with greater awareness, authenticity, and intention.

I believe leadership begins within. Whether working with executives, teams, entrepreneurs, or individuals seeking personal growth, my goal is to create experiences that inspire clarity, connection, and transformation from the inside out.
