A former CPA with a deep commitment to every client and team she works with, Diane draws on decades of consulting, coaching, and organizational development experience to accurately identify the behaviors and mindsets that obstruct organizational growth. She combines evidence-based frameworks with practical, real-world application—ensuring leadership strategies don’t just sound good, but actually stick. Her work has helped leaders strengthen execution discipline, improve engagement and retention, and build high-performing teams that drive measurable business results.

In addition to her dedication to helping leaders and organizations, Diane loves golf, cheering on the Louisville Cardinals, and serving as a class assistant for Fight Back Fitness, a fitness program dedicated to empowering those fighting Parkinson’s.
