About
Sue Ingram is a leadership advisor and GCP-certified facilitator with xchange, specialising in helping leadership teams build cultures where ownership, accountability and clear thinking are shared across the organisation.
With more than 25 years’ experience working with senior leaders, business owners and managers, Sue brings together leadership development, behavioural insight and practical commercial experience. Her facilitation focuses on creating the conditions where people think well together, surface the real issues, and use the collective wisdom of the group to make better decisions.
Using xchange choreographies and facilitation methods, Sue designs and leads highly structured, engaging sessions that help teams build trust, strengthen collaboration and align around what matters most. Participants leave not only with clarity and decisions, but with a deeper understanding of one another and how they work together.
Sue’s broader work focuses on helping leaders move away from carrying responsibility alone and towards building self-managing, accountable teams. Facilitation is a powerful part of that process – enabling organisations to hear every voice, unlock insight across the group, and create shared ownership for outcomes.
Sue has worked with organisations ranging from large corporates to growing businesses and was an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University for 11 years, where she delivered leadership workshops on their MBA programme.
She works with leadership teams, executive groups and organisations seeking thoughtful, well-designed facilitated sessions that lead to real insight, alignment and action.
