In addition to individual coaching, Cathy serves as a keynote speaker, team development coach, and facilitator for workshops, conferences and retreats. She is a
member of the prestigious xchange community of change agents, bringing a transformational approach for unlocking human potential in any group.
Her career spans more than 30 years in corporate and non-profit leadership roles. She earned the Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching
Federation, the global standard for coaching excellence.
Cathy is an avid reader and lifelong learner, loves travel and outdoor photography. In addition to living in Europe several years, she has traveled to more than 25 countries on five continents, including Antarctica.
