Throughout his career Kent has led numerous change and transformation efforts and served in a number of disciplines including engineering and manufacturing leadership, Six Sigma Black Belt for two fortune 500 companies and has led numerous strategic and transformational planning and execution efforts. He has led multi billion dollar services and hardware programs for the USAF over the course of 17 years. He has helped multiple companies and organizations especially acquiring and acquired companies make a successful transition into a new larger enterprise capitalizing on synergies and building cooperative working relationships, new teams and helping lead the change and disruption of those efforts.
