AN INVITATION

Are You Ready to Lead From a Place of Wholeness?

At xchange, we’ve always been interested in the inner world of both the participants we serve and the guides who hold space for them. That’s why we’ve worked closely with thought leaders from the HeartMath Institute to neuroscientists, mindfulness teachers, and systems thinkers.

A person wearing a blue shirt and a headset microphone stands in front of a whiteboard with "visual" written on it. Behind them is a large landscape photo and a drum. Greenery is visible in the background.

This January marks one year since Healing Leaders was released into the world. To mark it, Raj Sisodia and Nilima Bhat are joining Jon Berghoff for three full days, going further into the work than a single conversation ever could.

Leadership shouldn’t cost us our souls, yet too many leaders find themselves spiritually and emotionally exhausted, leading organizations that drain rather than nurture human potential. Raj and Nilima’s work explores a profound truth: the world doesn’t need more burned out leaders. It needs healed ones.

A middle-aged man with short dark hair and a gray beard smiles while sitting. He is wearing a blue plaid jacket over a white shirt and is holding his chin with his right hand. The background is softly blurred.
A woman with gray hair and a purple top smiles at the camera. She wears a necklace, earrings, and a microphone on her collar. The background is softly blurred.

This isn’t a preview of the book.

It’s three days inside it, with the two people who wrote it, and the community that’s been living it.

What You’ll Discover Across These 3 Days

Two men sit on stage in wooden chairs, engaged in conversation. One holds a notebook and pen, while the other smiles. A nature scene backdrop and two water glasses are visible, with an audience watching in the foreground.

Day 1

N
Why healing yourself is the most important leadership work you can do. The hidden cost of leading from a wounded place and how it ripples through everything you touch.
N
Know yourself beneath the masks. Strip away the layers of conditioning to discover who you truly are as a leader.

Day 2

N
The 7-step framework for recovery of self, in depth. From knowing yourself beneath the masks to transforming your wounds into wisdom that serves others. This is where the real work happens, not a summary of the steps, but time inside each one.
N
The gap between authentic leadership and effective leadership. Finding the courage to lead as who you truly are, not just what works.
A man wearing a beige shirt and a headset microphone stands and gestures while speaking; microphones and a blurred mountain landscape are visible in the background.

Day 3

N
What changes when you lead from wholeness instead of burnout. How personal transformation creates organizations that nurture rather than drain human potential.
N
The future of conscious leadership. Why old models are breaking down and what's emerging for leaders who prioritize healing alongside impact.

This is a live, interactive experience across all three days. You won’t just hear the framework. You’ll work inside it, alongside Raj, Nilima, and a community doing the same inner work.

A book titled “Healing Leaders: 7 Steps to Recovery of Self” by Raj Sisodia and Nilima Bhat, featuring a cover with water lilies and a soft blue background. The foreword is by Lynne Twist.

About The Book

Healing Leaders: 7 Steps to Recovery of Self offers a different path. One where personal transformation becomes the foundation for positive organizational change. When leaders do the inner work to become whole, they naturally create organizations that nurture rather than drain human potential.

Raj has called this the most universally applicable work of his career, saying it’s meant to spread “as far and wide as possible.” Not limited to one audience, one industry, or one kind of leader.

One year after its release, this is the deepest version of that work we’ve offered.

You will receive an audio and written guided version of the Centering Practice after the event!
