Are You Ready to Lead From a Place of Wholeness?

At xchange, we’ve always been interested in the inner world of both the participants we serve and the guides who hold space for them. That’s why we’ve worked closely with thought leaders from the HeartMath Institute to neuroscientists, mindfulness teachers, and systems thinkers.

Today we’re bringing you two renowned teachers in this space: Raj Sisodia, co-founder of Conscious Capitalism Inc., and Nilima Bhat, expert in personal transformation and feminine leadership.

Leadership shouldn’t cost us our souls, yet too many leaders find themselves spiritually and emotionally exhausted, leading organizations that drain rather than nurture human potential.

Their newest work together explores a profound truth: the world doesn’t need more burned out leaders. It needs healed ones.

In their groundbreaking book Healing Leaders: 7 Steps to Recovery of Self, Raj and Nilima offer a different path. One where personal transformation becomes the foundation for positive organizational change. When leaders do the inner work to become whole, they naturally create organizations that nurture rather than drain human potential.

This book brings together Raj’s decades of conscious capitalism wisdom with Nilima’s deep expertise in personal transformation and feminine leadership, offering both ancient wisdom and practical frameworks for the inner work of leadership. Together, they’ve created a roadmap for leaders ready to transform their wounds into wisdom that serves others.

Whether you’re leading a team, facilitating transformation for others, or building a conscious enterprise, this experience will give you a clear path to lead from a place of authenticity, purpose, and peace without sacrificing your soul in the process.

The book cover for "Healing Leaders: 7 Steps to Recovery of Self" by Raj Sisodia and Nilima Bhat features water lilies on a calm surface with a gradient blue and yellow background.

What You’ll Discover In This Exclusive Learning Experience:

  • Why healing yourself is the most important leadership work you can do. The hidden cost of leading from a wounded place and how it ripples through everything you touch.

  • What changes when you lead from wholeness instead of burnout. How personal transformation creates organizations that nurture rather than drain human potential.

  • The 7-step framework for recovery of self. From knowing yourself beneath the masks to transforming your wounds into wisdom that serves others.

  • The future of conscious leadership. Why old models are breaking down and what's emerging for leaders who prioritize healing alongside impact.

  • The gap between authentic leadership and effective leadership. Finding the courage to lead as who you truly are, not just what works.

  • Know yourself beneath the masks. Strip away the layers of conditioning to discover who you truly are as a leader.
